At the IT-ATS department at the University of Delaware, my primary responsibility is to record classes in the ITV studio. The studio is equipped with multiple cameras that are centrally controlled.

As a graduate assistant, I will be responsible for managing the recording process, ensuring that all necessary equipment is set up and functioning properly, operating the cameras, and monitoring the audio and visual quality of the recordings. I also am responsible for editing and post-production work to ensure the final recordings are of high quality.

I served as a Project Assistant in the Garage Innovation Hub, a division of Arçelik Garage Open Innovation and Entrepreneurship Programs, where I focused on 3D printers and educational activities. 

My key responsibilities were; developing online learning materials, conducting training sessions, organizing 3D design and printing trainings and hackathons, recording and editing videos and being scrum muster of my team.

As an experienced learning professional, I have had the privilege of developing educational materials for maritime companies. Examples of my work include creating training modules on active listening and security prevention. My process involves conducting needs assessments, designing engaging learning experiences, delivering customized training, collaborating with stakeholders, and evaluating training effectiveness. Additionally, I possess expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Articulate Storyline.

I was responsible for various technical tasks, including installing operating systems, managing the active directory domain, and defining user rights. I also prepared computer labs each semester and assisted staff with paperwork as needed.
